A little ray of sunshine......

A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to have a family holiday in Coffs Harbour.

 
My Mum and Dad used to take us on family holidays to Coffs when we were growing up, and now I can take my family!

The beaches are gorgeous

 

With lots of “treasures” to find

Coffs Harbour is known for its many banana plantations.  You can’t go to Coffs without visiting the Big Banana!

 And their hand made lolly shop!

 There’s also the Butterfly House at Bonville.

 The girls loved it.

I’ve been visiting the Pet Porpoise Pool since I was a baby.  Now my girls love it as much as I did.

We stayed here.  There were lots of bush turkeys

 

 and water dragons that live amongst the bush land that surround the cabins. 

 

While we were away, Mathew and I celebrated our 10^th wedding anniversary – I couldn’t think of a nicer place to be on that day.

 As I looked through my copy, I turned a page, and saw a face looking back at me.  She looked somehow familiar, yet I couldn't quite place her..........Oh Wait!!  THAT'S ME!!!
I was SO honoured that Homespun has a profile about me, and how, when and why I craft.  I'm still pinching myself!
